TSWREIS Admission: If you are looking for admissions in TSWR COE or any of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutional Society (TSWREIS) affiliated institutions, you should qualify for admissions conducted for the first year intermediate. The TSWREIS is the body responsible for admissions in the first year intermediate Centre of Excellence (COE) college, which falls under the TSWR group. What should you know about TSWREIS 2020 Admissions in COEs
To qualify for the first year intermediate COE exams, you should clear the first screening and the second screening test. To follow, you should register and fill the TSWREIS Application form. Upon completion, download the Admit Card from the website. You have to write the first screening test and then qualify for the second screening test. The TSWREIS results for the screening tests will be announced on March 14, on the official website. Call letters regarding the COE admission will be sent to you by the TSWREIS board. The TSWREIS affiliated colleges for the first year intermediate is scheduled to reopen on June 1, 2020.
TSWREIS Admissions Application form 2020
To qualify the admissions into COEs, you will have to submit the online Application form available on the official website. Before filling up the Application form, make sure you meet the eligibility requirements and other norms put out by the TSWREIS in the Information Brochure. You need to pay a fee of 100/- through any online medium for registration. While filling the Application form, make sure to choose the college you wish to join. You will be considered during admissions based on the options selected, the limited seat availability of the institutions, and the merit in that caste.
TSWREIS Admission Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for admissions into the COEs, you meet the TSWREIS eligibility criteria.
- Candidates appearing for grade 10 exams from CBSE/ICSC board, or SCC Public Examination are deemed eligible to write the entrance exam
- Candidates who qualify the SSC March exam, and secure A1 to B2 in the SSC examination, are eligible for admissions into any of the Centre of Excellence colleges.
- The parental income as certified by the MRO- for the Urban Area candidates should not exceed more than 2,00,000 per annum, and for the Rural Area, candidates should not exceed more than 1,50,000 per annum.
- Candidates should belong either to a Telegu medium or an English medium school
- Candidates should produce all the documents and certificates during the Admission process
- Candidates should not exceed the age of 17 years as on August 31, 2020
- Candidates belonging to SC or SC converted Christian category will be given a relaxation of two years
TSWREIS Admission 2020 Exam Pattern
Before you prepare for the TSWREIS exams, you should know the exam pattern. The TSWREIS Admissions 2020 will be conducted on two levels- the first screening test and the second screening test. You will have to pass the first screening test to qualify for the second screening test.
The first level screening test
The exam pattern for the first level screening test is an OMR sheet exam conducted for a total of 160 Marks. The questions will be objective type MCQ questions. Each question carries a score of one Mark, and for every incorrect answer, 1/4 of the Marks will be deducted. Write and bubble the answer on the OMR sheet; if failed, you will not be valued.

The second level screening test:
Based on the merit list obtained from the first level screening test and the availability of the seats in a 1:3 ratio, you will be short-listed for the second level screening test. The entrance for the second level screening test will be bilingual. You are to write the exam in both English and Telugu medium.

Reservation Seat Scheme:
Candidates applying for TSWREIS Admissions, Admissions will receive community wise reservation as mentioned below:
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) have a 75% seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) converted Christian have a 2% seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe (ST) have a 6 % seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Backward Class (BC) have a 12% seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Minorities have a 3% seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Economically Backward Class (EBC) / Open Category (OC) have a 2% seat reservation
- Candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped category will have a 3% seat reservation
TSWREIS 2020 Admit Card
If you have successfully completed the submission of the TSWREIS Admission Application form, download the Admit Card on the official website. Regularly check the official website to check the availability of the Admit Card. The Admit Card will be posted on the site and will not be sent you via Post. You will have to download the Admit Card to appear for the first level screening test. You will have download two separate Admit Cards- one for the first level screening test and the other for the second level screening test.
TSWREIS Admissions 2020 Result
The results of TSWREIS Admission for the academic year 2020-2021 will be declared on the official website. You will receive separate results for both the First Level Screening Test and the Second Level Screening Test. Only after qualifying the First Level Screening Test, you will be allowed to write the Second Level Screening Test.
