What Should Candidates Know Regarding TSWR BLV CET
The BLV CET is an entrance exam conducted for students between grade 6 to grade 9 under different types of TSWR affiliated institutions.
- TSWR Sainik school: grants admissions for grade 6 students
- The General TSWR school: grants admissions for students from grade 6 to grade 9
- The TSWR COE school: grants admission for students of grade 8
The TSWR BLV CET 2020 is conducted on February 23, 2020. To write the BLV CET, you should register for the entrance test through the www.tswreis.in portal. Upon registration, you should complete the online Application form. To qualify for the TWSR conducted BLV CET, you should meet the eligibility criteria as per the Telangana Social Welfare Residential guidelines. The BLV CET exam is online, where you will be given 100 objective type MCQ questions for 100 marks and 2 hours to complete. The tentative date for the BLV CET is scheduled in May 2020.

Telangana BLV CET Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying for TSWR Sainik school, TSWR Gowlidoddi, and TSWR COE undergo a state-level selection and students across the Telangana State are eligible
- Candidates applying for backlog vacancies for grade VI to XI are eligible only in their concerned districts. For example, a grade VII student in Medak district applying for BLV CET is suitable for grade VIII admissions in TSWR affiliated institutions only in the Medak district.
- Candidates should have studied in a Private or Government, or Aided/ Unaided recognized school
- Candidates applying for the BLV CET 2020 should have studied in a Telugu medium or English medium school.
- Candidates should produce Income and Caste Certificates issued by the Tahasildar. The parental income for those from the Rural Area should not exceed 1,50,000 per annum, and those from the Urban Area should not exceed 2,00,000 per annum.

TSWR BLV CET Exam Pattern
To qualify for BLV CET, you should know the exam pattern so that it aids your preparation. The TSWR BLV CET is conducted for subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Environmental Sciences based on the Telangana State Government states syllabus. The BLV CET exam is conducted for two hours comprises a total of 100 objective-type questions. For each question, you will be given a score of one mark. The available medium for the entrance exam is English and Telugu. The entrance exam will be conducted in the notified district exam centers.

TSWR BLV CET Selection Process
Selection of candidates for admissions in the TSWR Sainik school, TSWR Gowlidoddi, and TSWR COE, will be based on merit list and the BLV CET exam options, and the reservation criteria stated by TSWREIS.
Selection of candidates for admissions in other TSWR affiliated institutions and backlog vacancies will be based on the exam merit list and the options selected by the student for admission.
Note: The selection process for TSWR conducted BLV CET admissions is based on Class, Caste, School, Gender in that particular district, and the availability of seats.

Telangana BLV CET Results 2020
Upon successful completion of the BLV CER 2020, you will receive the TSWREI Society BLV CET 2020 results by May. The BLV CET results are monitored by the TSWREIS (Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutional Society). Candidates can check the BLV CET results through the provided link on the TSWR official website. The TSWREIS BLV CET 2020 results for the year 2020-21 will be declared through a merit list. The seats alloted under each category are done based on the options exercised by the candidates. The merit is obtained only during the admission test. The candidate seat will be alloted as per the school opted and the merit list.
