  • Now login with the credentials to your account
  • Fill the entire details such as name, address (present and permanent), gender, date of birth, father’s name, nationality, religion, contact details, blood relation details, local reference details, etc.
  • Verify the details and click on submit button
  • In the next step upload the scanned copy of original documents as per mentioned
  • After submission of application, you will receive an acknowledgement slip which you can download and save for offline.
  • Also, save the application number to check the status of the application

Individuals can also apply for SC certificates in offline mode by visiting nearby Tehsil office, SDM office, Revenue office or CSC centers run by government officials. Follow the below steps to apply:

  • Go to the nearby Tehsil or SDM office
  • Ask for the application form and fill the complete details such as name, address, contact details, etc.

  • Fill and sign the self declaration section
  • Affix your passport size photo and submit local reference address for verification purpose
