SADAREM Certificate: SADAREM is the abbreviation for Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment. This is a dynamic web-enabled system that is primarily aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities from rural areas. It is an initiative of the Government of Telangana, with insights from the scientific community as well as organisations that cater to people with disabilities. The software essentially assesses candidates based on scientific standards as well as carefully formulated guidelines on disability. The software is fully autonomous, with a state-of-the-art Decision Support System.

What is a SADAREM Certificate?

If an individual has a disability, they can apply and procure a SADAREM certificate. Post assessment, if the candidate is found to possess disability based on the set guidelines, a computerized disability certificate is provided. This computerized certificate contains a unique 17-digit code as well as an identification card. The software also generates additional documents such as reports, pension certificates, note orders, intimation documents, beneficiary list and sanction proceedings to the applicant.
