This program is meant exclusively for individuals hired by Microsoft IT or Global Technical Support Center. There is no other way to enter the program. A candidate hired by Microsoft will usually have to follow the following steps:

Step 1: Complete an online recruitment application and upload a copy of your CV to start the process. Links will be provided on Microsoft’s official web portal for employees.

Step 2: If the recruiters think that the candidate’s application meets their requirements, then they will invite the candidate for an online test.

Step 3: If the candidate passes the online test, they will be invited to a telephonic interview.
