Life Certificate APplication Download

  • An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your mail id, enter the OTP
  • A page to download the application will appear on the screen. Click on Download for Windows OS option.
  • You will receive a downloadable link in your mail id
  • Click the link, a zip file will appear containing the life certificate application form.
  • Unzip the file and follow the instructions as per mentioned
  • You need to mention your Aadhar number, pension payment order, bank account, bank name and mobile number to generate a life certificate

Life Certificate Validity
