  • Applicants have to visit Nadakacheri’s official portal at nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in
  • Click the “online application” button
  • You will be taken to another page where you have to provide your mobile number
  • Click “next”
  • On this page, select the application form and fill in the required details
  • Furthermore, you will also have to upload some supporting documents  (Details of documents given below)
  • Pay the fee through net banking, or through debit/ credit card. The online fee is INR 15/- and INR 35/- is to be paid as a service charge.
  • An application number will be generated if successful
  • You can check the status of your application by using this application number.

Family Member Certificate Offline Process

  • You will have to visit your nearest Nadakacheri office in person and ask for the Family member certificate application form
  • Complete the application form and attach copies of the prescribed documents
  • You will also need to attach two or three passport-sized photographs
  • After filling the application form, cross-check whether all details are accurate and if all the required documents are attached
  • Submit your application in person to the concerned officer
  • The concerned officer will hand in an acknowledgment and this should be stored safely for future correspondence.

If the application is complete and relevant documents are present, the concerned authority will process your application within 30 days from the date of application.

  • Aadhar card
  • Identity proof (such as Ration, PAN cards)
